Cancellation policy

 A minimum of 24 hours is required for all appointment changes or cancellations. 

Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours is considered  'last minute'  and will be subject to cancellation fees. 

Fees:

Last minute cancellations are subject to a 50% charge of the total service value. 

 Repeat offenders of this policy will be required to pay 100% of the total service value.

Any booked appointment that is missed without any prior notice, will be billed 100% of the total service value. No show charges are required to be paid in full before any further appointments can be booked. 

Booking an appointment with Premier Aesthetics acknowledges acceptance of these polices.
