All refunds are processed onto the original method of payment.
Any opened products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for another product or refunded for its value in the form of a store credit.

All gift card and gift certificate purchases are final sale and have no expiration date.
Gift Certificates donated or gifted on behalf of Premier Aesthetics for any fundraisers or charities are subject to expiration 1 year after date of issue.
Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be exchanges for cash and will not be replaced if lost/stolen.
